I use the face wash at night in the shower then put the lotion on only at night even tho you can use it in the mornings as well. In the mornings will just touch up on some spots that are starting to break out or have just cleared up. Just doing this step once makes mild acne go away or start to leave. The lotion does last a lot longer then the face wash so currently I am just washing my face with water at night and in the morning and then putting on the lotion on every night. The first set has lasted me a very long time and I already have my second order which I will begin to use as soon as my lotion is finished. It is such a great product and at a very good price for everything included as well as for how long it lasts.
